Today’s Healthy Dose – Organic vs Whole

Some use these terms interchangeably. I like to think of the term whole foods as inclusive of organic. For me a whole food is one that was grown as nature intended it to be grown without any “enhancements” or “modifications” or “additions”. All purpose flour can be organic, but is it whole? Absolutely not.

Today’s Healthy Dose – Don’t Like Vegetables?
