Take a few minutes every week to exfoliate. Whether it’s a good scrub with a washcloth, a once over with the loofa, or a luxurious aromatherapy sugar scrub, you’ll slough off all of those dry skin cells, helping your skin to renew itself. Trust me, you’ll both be happy with the results 🙂
Some use these terms interchangeably. I like to think of the term whole foods as inclusive of organic. For me a whole food is one that was grown as nature intended it to be grown without any “enhancements” or “modifications” or “additions”. All purpose flour can be organic, but is it whole? Absolutely not.
