Today’s Healthy Dose – Legs Out

Just like the arms….from a sitting position, lift those feet and hold ’em. Engage that core, tighten those thighs,squeeze those buns,  holding…still holding….and more holding…..just 30 more seconds. Okay, your done!  (Although it couldn’t hurt to do it again)
