  • High Fructose Corn Syrup and Refined Sugars
  • Trans Fats (aka Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated)
  • Vegetable Oils (Soy, Corn, Canola, Cottonseed, Safflower)
  • Artificial Sweeteners
  • Gluten based grains
  • Low or Non-Fat Dairy
  • Anything Heavily Processed
  • Anything Deep Fried in Vegetable Oil
  • Monosodium Glutamate
  • Sodium (not to be confused with natural Sea Salt which is an essential nutrient for good health)
